Many of our products include a manufacturers warranty. Product warranty periods appear on the products page. All returns for warranty must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please call 800-262-9256 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA number. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning product for warranty. Warranty excludes damage due to misuse or neglect, including improper charging. If your product is within the warranty period you can send it to Battery Specialists, 288 W 200 N STE 4, KAYSVILLE UT 84037, with a valid and RMA and we will test the product for warranty:
Rechargeable batteries are tested for proper voltage and capacity (mah); Batteries under 80% of the rated capacity that are within the warranty period are considered defective and a replacement battery will be shipped out.
Non-Rechargeable batteries do not usually have a warranty or have a DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. Please install these batteries immediately and insure that they are working properly. If the battery does not work you can return it within 7 days for a replacement or refund of the purchase price once per order. We pretest all replacements before shipping. If you receive a replacement that does not work, there is a problem with the device you are installing it into, and another replacement will not be sent.
Other products are guaranteed to perform for the warranty period when applicable and will be replaced if they do not.
