PO's Must Include the Following:
• Entity name
• Purchasing agent with contact information.
• A purchase order number.
• Product SKU and quantity needed.
• Pricing (Including total amount of order and provisions for shipping).
• Bill to and Ship to information
• Ship via information
• State payment terms
• -Credit Card (call us with your credit card information).
• -Net 30 (Available for companies that have set up a terms account.
