Returns:
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you
are not satisfied with your purchase return within 30 days of invoice for a
refund of the product price, minus original shipping costs (unless the return is a
result of our error). For orders that shipped free,
there will be a shipping & handling charge deducted from the credit (this is
general about 15% of the battery price).
All
product returns must include a RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please call 800-262-9256 or
email info@batteryspecialists.com
to request an RMA number. Products can only be returned if unopened and in
original packaging. Returned product must be in new and re-sellable condition.
Product must be returned with original box and packing materials provided
by the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
unless otherwise agreed upon.
Credit
will be issued after our returns department receives and processes your return.
Please allow at least 30 days from the date of your return for credit to be
issued. Credit may take up to one billing cycle to be reflected on your credit
card statement.
Product
Warranty Information
:
Most of our products include a manufacturer warranty. Product warranty
periods appear on the product information page. All returns for warranty must
include an RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) number. Please call 800-262-9256 or email info@batteryspecialists.com
to request an RMA number. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when
returning product for warranty. Warranty excludes damage due to misuse or
neglect, including improper charging. All warranties are calculated based
on the original purchase date.
Backorders
& Substitute Items
:
We
are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. Some items
may be subject to backorders. If an item is backordered you will be sent
an email confirmation of your order and an expected order completion date.
Occasionally, items are backordered for an extended period of time from the
manufacturer. If this situation occurs we will attempt to provide you with a
replacement that will meet or exceed the quality of the original battery
purchased.
