Free Shipping
and Handling on orders processed online (within the United States only, and some
restrictions on Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Military APO's).

and our friendly informative staff will assist you. In order to offer the
lowest possible price on all of our batteries, we can only offer free shipping
for orders processed online. Orders placed over the phone will not receive free
shipping. We are unable to ship to resorts, motels, hotels, etc. We can
NOT ship any lithium primary batteries to Military APO, or any other USPS only
addresses.
For same day shipping orders must be placed by 1:30PM MST Mon.-Fri. (No
shipping on weekends or holidays).
Although we offer free
shipping the method of shipment is our choice. Many customers prefer a
quick shipping method such as priority mail, UPS Red, ect. Please include these
special shipping requests during the checkout process. Customers are
responsible for the shipping costs when orders are sent with special shipping
requests, call 800-262-9256 for a shipping quote.
WARRANTY
In an effort to sell
only high quality products most of our products include a manufacturer
warranty. All product warranty periods are listed on product's page. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on warranty products.
All returns for warranty must include an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number, please call or e-mail for RMA's 800-262-9256, info@batteryspecialsits.com.
Warranty excludes damage
due to misuse or neglect, including improper charging. Warranty is from
the original purchase date. If your battery is backorder the purchase date is
the date the product is sent.
RETURNS
All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
number, please call
or e-mail for RMA's 800-262-9256, info@batteryspecialsits.com. Product can only be returned if unopened and in original
packaging, if there is a problem with the product it would be covered by
warranty.
If you are not satisfied
with your purchase, your purchase may be returned within 90 days of invoice for
a refund minus a 15% inspection & handling fee. The item returned must be in
new and re-sellable condition. All products must be returned with its original
box and packing materials provided by the manufacturer.
The customer is
responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. We will
refund shipping costs only if the shipment is our error (wrong item shipped,
shipping damage, ect.)
Credit will be issued
after our returns department receives and processes your return. Please allow at
least 30 days from the date of your return for your credit to be issued. Credit
may take up to 1 billing cycle to be reflected on your credit card statement.

BACKORDERS
AND SUBSTITUTE ITEMS
We are committed
to shipping your order as quickly as possible. However, some items may be
subject to backorders. If your item is backordered you will be sent a
email confirmation of your order and an expected order completion date.
Some items are backordered for an extended period of time from the manufacturer.
If these happens we will do our best to find a quality replacement that will
meet or exceed the original battery purchased. This is for our customers convenience
in order shorten the time and quantity of backorders.
