How It Works: You send us your old battery with the Rebuild Request Form. We use your old casing, wires, and/or electronics and put new cells (batteries) inside. Some battery packs may have brittle plastic, non-working electronics, or other parts that may make them not work even after being re-celled. Some electronics are replaceable.
